Refund policy
To be eligible for a (Refund or Exchange):
- Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.- We only (Refund or Exchange) items if they are defective, damaged, does not match the description, never arrived or their are missing parts. If you need to Refund or Exchange, you just need to send us an email with a photo of the product to asberjohnny@gmail.com (please titled the email with either (refund or exchange)). then send your item to: Vänortsvägen 30, 97754 Luleå, Sweden.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
For the Exchange (if applicable):
- Once the item received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.- If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, We will send you another item (with a Swedish gift from JEO STORE).
- You will be refunded also for paying the shipping costs.
For the Refunds (if applicable):
- Once the item received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- You will be refunded also for paying for shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping:
- To return your product, send your product to: Vanortsvagen 30, 97754 Lulea, Sweden- You will be refunded also for paying for shipping costs.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
